Description:
As part of the Florida Institute of Technology’s Central Campus program, University Housing Services developed Harris Village, a 137,000 square foot residential complex, commons building and associated structured parking deck that houses nearly 400 students.
UHS has developed other campus facilities for Florida Tech, including Columbia Village, seven three-story residence buildings and commons building, and Phase I of the Central Campus Redevelopment Project, which includes a 500-seat food service/banquet hall, life sciences building and aquaculture lab, 350-space parking deck and 50-meter competition swimming and diving facility.
Harris Village was completed the Summer of 2008.
