Georgia Southwestern State University Selects UHS as Developer

University Housing Services, Inc. has recently been selected to assist Georgia Southwestern State University and its Foundation to expand their student housing facilities.
The two-phase project will first build a 404-bed housing complex adjacent to the James Earl Carter Library and will offer freshmen suite-style living. The three-story, 108,000 square foot facility is scheduled to be completed by Fall 2006.
Phase two will follow and will feature 231-beds of apartment-style living for upperclassmen. The three-story, 81,000 square foot faciltiy is scheduled to be completed by Fall 2007.
Once completed, the Freshmen Suites will be the first new student housing community to arrive on campus since 1969.
