UHS Awarded New Housing Project in South Carolina

University Housing Services, Inc. has recently been selected to design, build and assist with financing new student housing facilities on the Barton Campus of Greenville Technical College located in Greenville, South Carolina.
The turnkey project will enhance the residential life of its students and provide the first housing component at the college.
Featuring apartment-style living, the new housing community will include four three-story buildings surrounding a common green area. The complex will offer 121 two and four bedroom units with a total of 438 beds. Each apartment will be fully furnished with common living areas and private bedrooms. Additional amenities will also include a clubhouse with game room, exercise room, vending area, mail room, and covered patio.
